Our Damage and Return Policy
- This Policy is for website purchases only. We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with your website purchase. If not, we'll refund your purchase price, in full, upon safe return of the specimen in original condition - postmarked within 14 days after purchase. Please ship your return to: Astro Gallery of Gems, 417 Fifth Avenue, NY, NY 10016.
- Please note, in-store purchase returns will vary from website return policies.
- If you are unsatisfied with your specimen, please let us know immediately so we can begin to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please call us at (212) 889-9000 or email us at customerservice@astrogallery.com.
- Store Credit can be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item.
- All cash refunds are processed within 30 days from the date when it was received back.
- All retuned Items must be sent back in original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, if the reason is other than DOA or wrong specimen.
Damage Policy:
- If your Item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will immediately resolve everything at your convenience. But DOA (Damage On Arrival) should be reported within 1 business day from the delivery date, no exceptions.
- You must keep all of the packaging.
- You must keep all of the Damaged items and parts.
- Please send us images of the packaging and the Damaged Product.
- DO NOT SEND THE PACKAGE BACK TO US unless you've called us to report the damaged purchase.
