Natural Calcite on Amethyst cluster (9.8 lbs)

Large 7'' scalenohedral crystal of calcite on amethyst matrix accented by isolated cluster of colorless quartz. The calcite crystal shows fully terminated faces composed of small micro etched faces, with a rich transparent golden yellow core. There an very light micro crystal coating over the calcite which gives its a scintillating sparkle.
