Large 7'' x 3.5" scalenohedral crystal of calcite on amethyst matrix accented by isolated cluster of colorless quartz. The calcite crystal shows fully terminated faces composed of small micro etched faces, with a rich transparent golden yellow core. There an very light micro crystal coating over the calcite which gives its a scintillating sparkle.
