Single Doxocopa Lavinia Butterfly in Black Display Frame

This beautiful framed display piece includes one Peruvian Doxocopa Lavinia butterfly in a frame. The frame includes a keyhole hook at the top for mounting the display on a wall. The butterflies in these frames are raised on butterfly farms in Peru. These butterflies are not killed for display. After the butterflies have lived their lifespan, they are then collected and put into these frames. In doing this, the butterflies are able to fully mature and also reproduce on the butterfly farms free of natural predators. No endangered species are used in these frames.
