Large purple crystals of amethyst quartz 6–12" diameter from the same mine known as the only source for ametrine quartz. The color is a nice bright purple, not too dark. This specimen is a large, amazing piece that will make a great display specimen for home decor or in a mineral collection. It lays nicely and does not need a display stand to keep it upright.
